Every year Needham's high school team runs a fundraiser called the 50 inning game. We went to watch in previous years but this year Coach Todd brought us. The man running the event was Coach Todd's high school coach and we learned that the boys could participate. It didn't take much convincing and before we knew our boys were up batting.

Garrett was first up and hit a ball to the shortstop and made it to first. Isn't this a fantastic picture - Look at Garrett and the high school player.

Of course, Todd and Brian got in the act too. They both hit and then took their turn in the outfield. That is daddy in the khaki shorts far out there in this picture.
