We all arrived to Connors first grade classroom for the morning Poetry Performance. Many of the children wrote about the environment or sports so we had no idea what to expect when it was Connors turn to read his poem. He took the microphone and proceeded to read his poem about "Money".
As small excerpt from Connor's poem:
"Money oh Money there are so many kinds
Nickels, Quarters and even dimes"
Brian and I couldn't have been more proud. Connor you did amazing. The presentation was wrapped up with a song called "Mud mud we love mud". This is a very catchy song which I find myself singing even today
