January Clean-Up

The first weekend in January was a busy one. Friday night Daddy's light reinforcements came to assist with the Christmas clean up so we were so happy to see Grandpa and Uncle Kevin. However, the kids were off to bed early since we were going to have a busy Saturday ahead of us. Saturday morning the entire crew headed off to basketball where the young boys showed their athletic ability to the older men.

It was then time to head over to Connor's friends birthday party where they went bowling. All of the boys had so much fun and could barely let each other take turns. Connor was in the middle of the gang having so much fun.

Once we got home, the men were outside taking down the 15,00o lights in our front yard. Yes, Clark Griswald has now moved to Massachusetts. This year the new addition to our front entrance was three deer placed within the woods. Of course, two boys and a girl - the kids loved having their own deer. Especially after a bad storm when a deer would fall over, we would pull onto our street and they would get so excited that one of them fell over - of course each deer was labeled one of the kids names so they would be screaming "Garrett fell over, oh no!"

On Saturday night to reward all the boys for their hard work, we took them out to a nice dinner. The kids really love having Uncle Kevin around.

Of course, they love to cuddle up to Grandpa too.

It was definitely a jam packed weekend and fun for all.
